One of the last or probably the last one built Hebmüller style Type 14A by Karmann Osnabrück. Body was stamped by Karmann with a "15-11080" number. All numbers are correct and checked by Volkswagen. Second known Heb with an original zwitter (oval style) dashboard! (CM)
After an investigation, this car is build on a zwitter body. All details from a Zwitter from 1952 are present on this car. The archives at Vw confirmed that this one was made in 1952 and was delivered in 1954 to a client in Speyer. The 2 years of non registration was due to the fact that this type 14a was used as a company car at Wolfsburg.
According to the previous owner since 1954; the car was bought from a chairmann from the vw factory who used it 2 years.
